Check the app first
The FeeFlex home screen inside your Shopify admin shows what is charged today, the health of every moving part, and a "Common issues" list covering the usual suspects: a product that matches no source, theme blocks not yet added, changes that have not propagated yet, and fulfilment-related email questions.
Deposit amounts
Statutory amounts (NL statiegeld, DE Pfand) ship with the app and are kept up to date — including announced future changes. If you believe an amount is wrong, email us; that is a bug, not a setting.
